Become a Certified Facilitator

Certified facilitators with Access Hope get free training. We’ll equip you to employ active listening and reflective reasoning to help callers navigate their circumstances. Additionally, you’ll have a powerful array of referral and support services at the ready. You’ll also have a licensed counselor available to bring into a call if the caller’s circumstances go beyond the help you are trained to deliver. You can do your function with confidence knowing you are prepared.
